PROGRAM ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES FOR CHESTER LIBRARY
Chester Library offers the public the option to attend outdoor physical programs and activities held on Chester Library property. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, participants must review and agree to the following requirements for program attendance. Participants who do not follow these guidelines will need to leave the program.
1. All participants must be registered for any outdoor program. Library staff will maintain an attendance list for everyone participating at a program.
2. All participants ages 2 and older must properly wear face coverings and maintain social distancing of at least six feet from people outside their own household group.
3. All participants must answer “no” to the screening questions during check-in. The questions are listed below for reference:
a. Have you or anyone in your group had a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher in the last 24 hours?
b. Have you or anyone in your group exhibited any of the following symptoms over the past 14 days: fever or chills, dry cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea?
c. Have you or anyone in your group been in close contact (within six feet for at least 10 minutes) with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
d. Have you or anyone in your group traveled internationally or to any of the US states subject to quarantine during the past 14 days?
