Meditation for Adults

Come prepared for a deeply relaxing experience created by the meditative sounds of crystal bowls.

Online registration for this program closes at 1:00 PM.

To maximize the experience for all attendees:

1. Please keep your audio on MUTE during the entire program.  
2. Recommended: Device cameras should be OFF - once we begin the meditation.
3. Sit or lay in a comfortable position with your eye pillows, mat, chair, or blanket.
   
4. The sessions are NOT recorded.
   

After the meditation sequence:

• Miriam will briefly recommend ways you can relax and unwind.  
• Patrons will be taken off mute and may turn on their cameras to ask the instructor questions about meditation or crystal singing bowls.
